Short and sweet, the way it should be.

We don't track you. Our site stores no cookies, and there are no embedded analytics scripts. You can verify this by checking the data clearing options in your browser, and using a content filtering extension like uBlock Origin.

When you visit our website, your IP address and some other basic information from your browser is likely collected by Flokinet, our web hosting provider, which was selected for its focus on privacy. To our knowledge, this is no more (and probably less) than the information collected by visiting any other website, even the most privacy-respecting. You can see Flokinet's privacy policy here.

Podcast episodes are embedded in our website through our podcast host, Yellowball.fm— selected for its focus on and commitment to privacy. Yellowball does store some very limited data, like IP address and User Agent, for ten days, in order to provide us aggregated analytics about how and where the show performs. See Yellowball's privacy policy here.

If you listen to our show through a podcast app, there's a good chance data is being collected by that service. We have no control over this. Outside of Yellowball, we have profiles to distribute our podcast on Apple Podcasts and Spotify Podcasts. Many other providers tap into these feeds to populate their own. You can check Apple Podcasts' privacy policy here, and Spotify Podcasts' privacy policy here.

If you email us, you are subject to the privacy policies of Tuta and Proton, our email providers. This includes emailing us at our domain, which is hosted through Tuta. You can see Tuta's privacy policy here, and Proton's privacy policy here.

That's it. Contact us with questions or comments.
